El Salvador: Day 7
We spent half of today working on the church at the Piñera. There weren’t many projects to work on, but we welded, did some grinding on beams that were in place, and cleaned tin that would go on the building. In the evening about 24 kids came to stay overnight. The church was having this judging competition thing. The top 6 kids get leadership roles in church. The have 4 rounds of dancing competition, groups with breakout activities, and sermons. They are doing well and I am enjoying all their laughter. Bed time is about 12:30 and we will be back up at 6a.
