Uganda 2025 Day 18

Today I took my time getting ready. I also talked to Quinn for around an hour and a half. James and John Bosco also messaged me. At 11 AM I was picked up by Patti, Spencer, their kids, and a friend Mary. We went to Acacia mall. The first stop was the food court where we all ordered something from different places. I ended up ordering samosas for lunch. They were really good! One of the girls also had ordered spring rolls that we shared with the table. It was the exact number we needed for everyone. After eating lunch, we went to a movie. Their middle daughter enjoys anime, and we went to watch the movie Demon slayer. I was very sleepy throughout the movie and almost fell asleep a couple times. I think it’s because I had to read the captions the whole time and the storyline did not hold my attention until the end when it seemed more of a story. We were in the theater for about three hours for the movie. The little brother said he almost fell asleep a few times as well and Patti also said reading was making her tired. I was happy it was not just me. We left right after the movie because there was a political rally happening. We did not want to get stuck in worse traffic or if there was any other issues. The traffic back I feel like was fine. It took a long time because of how busy the roads are normally, but it did not seem extra worse. Jeff arrived at the house not long after me and we had dinner and watched a movie again again after dinner. This time we watched the new fantastic 4 movie. I was getting really tired, but I still stayed up for one episode of Big Bang theory. Then I went to my room and FaceTime with my friend Molly until 10 PM.
